Current Project Involvements

Lincoln Instructional Rounds

Level 2 students, as a group, visit a classroom other than their assigned room to complete a 15-minute observation and then use a protocol to debrief what they observed.  

Level 2 Co-Teaching

Level 2 students volunteer to pair up to complete the 25-hour Level 2 experience. They each teach their own lessons but collaborate along the way. 

Teacher 2 Teacher

Lincoln School teachers form volunteer groups to study an agreed upon topic. They visit each other's classrooms to observe how each teacher addresses the pedagogy of the topic.  

Gallery Walk: Understanding Teacher Candidates' Thoughts Prior to Early Field Experiences

During a seminar class the week prior to in-classroom field experiences students complete a gallery walk where they respond to sentence stems that focus on their thoughts and feeling about teaching.
